In efforts to keep the number of violation letters sent out to a minimal, we have provided a guideline of common violations homeowners receive. Please review the covenants and guidelines for the neighborhood below.

Exterior House Standards
- No vehicles of any kind should be parked in the street overnight. This is a violation of a Gwinnett County Ordinance, and vehicles in violation may be reported to the police. You may call the Gwinnett County Police Department non-emergency number at 770-513-5000.
- Homeowners with commercial work vehicles are encouraged to park in the garage after hours.
- Any changes to existing or new hardscapes, but not limited to driveways, walkways and patios require approval prior to construction.
- Any alterations to the exterior of the house must be approved by the board.
- All window treatments facing the street must be lined in white or off-white to give the community a uniformed look from the outside.
- All mailboxes should be painted black and follow a common design.
Landscaping Standards
- All front lawns shall be cut, edged, watered and weeded regularly. Any visible weeds must be removed and/or treated.
- Fences must be approved by the board prior to installation and must follow common design and color.
- Bushes and shrubs shall be cut regularly and have a clean, well-maintained overall appearance.
- Plant beds must be maintained regularly with fresh pine straw, natural, chipped bark, mulch or edging. We suggest refreshing mulch each season, especially in the fall and spring.
Recreational Equipment & Animals
- Any children's playsets must be located in the backyard only.
- Mobile basketball goals should be stored in garage or out of public view when not in use.
- Per Gwinnett County ordinance, no dog is allowed off a homeowner's property without a leash that a homeowner is holding.
- Homeowners are responsible for cleaning up after their dog while walking through the neighborhood.
